Our new course dates will be:

Demo Day at Chadburn Lake Sunday June 6th 11am-4pm
Come and see the latest canoes and kayaks and go for a test paddle!
11 am till 4 pm - test paddle a canoe or kayak from our great selection. Try before you buy and select the right craft for you. Canoes by Hellman, Clipper, Ally and Old Town, and Bell canoes. Kayaks by Seaward, Necky, Delta, Prijon, Current Designs and Old Town.
Check out our well stocked store for all your paddling needs.

Sea Kayak Intro Lessons Tuesdays May 25 then June 1rst, 8th, and 22nd. 7-9pm.
$50.00/person all gear provided.
Learn the basics to get you started into sea kayaking, a fun and informative

Self Resue session June 15th and June 29th. $55 gear provided.
Learn the technics of what to do should you capsise, self and assisted rescues. Yes you will be getting wet!

Fun Paddle Day on the Yukon River June 19th from Kanoe People downstream to Burma road 4-5 hours,
a relaxing day outing, bring a lunch and a friend! Cost is $50 paddle gear supplied and return transport. Instructor/guide - Joe Bishop

Weekend Paddle Clinic for beginners at Lake Lebarge with two night overnight
in cabins Fri evening June 25th and return afternoon of Sunday 27th.

Cost $295 ($235 with your own kayak) 2 days, 2 nights
Basic strokes and info to get you comfortable with sea kayaking in a relaxed environment. Topics being discussed around the campfire in the evening:
Preparing for a Kayak-trip: How to load the boat. What to bring for comfort and safety.
The marine environment, tides, currents, wildlife etc.

Custom trips and lessons

We can customize day trip paddles, overnights or lessons forgroups of 4 or more, contact us to set something up that may suit your needs. You may just want a refresher course before you plan your own trip!

We request students just come in to sign up and pay at time of sign up, you
can also do so over the phone.
